Kiawah Island Photography: Irvine Family Portrait

It's been a busy summer, and I've spent a good part of it doing Kiawah Island family photos!

There's something so special about having someone else capture your memories while you kick back and relax on vacation. We just had our own family portrait taken up in Lake Lure by a Charleston photographer friend, and it was such a relief to just be in the moment and let someone else document our life through the lens!  

The Irvines brought their three beautiful, sweet children to Kiawah for a summer vacation, and it was a blast doing their family session. If you've never been to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, be sure to check it out on your next trip to Charleston. The resort is gorgeous, and there is just soooo much to do for a family vacation, especially with three littles.

Having three kids is a marvelous adventure, and I think everyone loves having a photographer help divide and conquer to capture all those darling interactions and family bonds that can too easily go undocumented during the hustle and bustle of everyday life! 

I honestly don't know which photos I like the best: the candids of the kids snuggling with mom and dad, the interactions between the littles, the lovely solo portraits, or those deep belly laughs on the beach. 

I hope the Irvines had a wonderful 4th of July, and I hope they'll cherish the memories they made on this trip for the rest of their lives.
